The San Antonio Scorpions earned a valuable point at home after a late equalizer by Hans Denissen at a packed Heroes Stadium in San Antonio of 10,114.

San Antonio was able to draw level in the 41st minute after Pablo Campos tapped a deflected shot by Hans Denissen.  Campos’ goal went down in history as the first goal by the San Antonio Scorpions.

Anyone have an update on Hannigan??? That was a heck of a stop in a 1v1 situation. I hope he is alright.

I really enjoyed the game, they definitely played better than the inaugural game. I was disappointed in the explicit music played, especially on "youth night". I am all for upbeat music, just don't need a "sex ed lesson" at a soccer game. A bunch of us in the stands tweeted songs but they never played any of them.

With introduction of Josue Soto, the game really changed. However, I think is time that Mr. Campos find his way to the bench. He has so many misses that may be looking the game from the bench will give him a better perspective of the game. Another player that needs to seat for a game or two is Mr. Harmse. He gave so many wrong passes, not even a pewee player make so many mistakes. All in all we have a ton of fun at the game. Go Scorpions!!!!!
